FARGO — The West No. 1 seeded Minot Majettes got off to a strong start at the North Dakota Class A state softball tournament as they defeated the Grand Forks Central Knights 10-0 in six innings. Minot clinched win in the sixth as Isabllea Erickson rocketed a ground ball up the third base line to bring Tayler Falcon home to score the winning run. 'We tried to come out business as usual and get after things and, obviously, it was a good day for the Magi,' said Minot coach Gerard Cederstrom.
